Esports and Gaming are where millennials and Gen Zs spend ALOT of their media consumption time. Until recently the only way to promote in this space has been through a sponsorship model or Twitch Pre-roll. Times are a changing. I am happy to chat about engagement models, the audience, the risks and rewards.
I am the Founder and CEO of The Consumer Engagement Company. I am a lifelong entrepreneur. Having founded both product and agency companies at home and overseas, my business approach builds local and global impact. I am on a mission to bring the human element back to marketing, and do so at scale. I spend every day helping brands, event producers and content creators improve engagement with audience. Recently I have been focused on the esports and gaming industry as a ripe place for advertisers to find hard to reach audiences.
Almost 4 years ago, I left my role as an Accounts/Biz Dev Director at a creative agency. I was tired of turning down clients for our price point or skillset offering. I really just wanted to help out everyone.
So, I left to build Woodward Media. I leverage my deep global relationships for clients to drive revenue, gain access to unique communities, find agency partners, heck....I have even played matchmaker for two couples who married.
Let me know if you ever want to discuss on how to grow/leverage your network or how we can work together.

Get insight into how to find, attract, convert, and keep your most profitable customers.
A company (your company) can build better customers.
I believe this so strongly that I left my corporate life behind and started Hunt Interaction in 2012. Hunt Interaction is a conversion rate optimization consultancy specializing in finding, converting, and keeping profitable customers.
But what does that really mean? I help B2B SaaS and Professional Services companies convert more of their existing website traffic into leads and customers. I then help them reverse-engineer how they acquired their best, most profitable customers so they can then attract and convert more customers who are ready and willing to open their wallets and purses.
All marketing consultants aren't created equal - in a world filled with self-proclaimed gurus; you *absolutely* need to trust that your marketing consultant has your best interests at heart. Every day, I work to ensure I'm upholding my ethical guidelines and principles, and my behavior reflects those values.
I think of myself as the "best-kept conversion rate optimization secret weapon" because I believe the quality of your work, not the number of followers, or status as a "RockstarNinjaStartupGuru," should be the benchmark for quality.
If you're looking to make your marketing dollars work harder and if you're tired of working with agencies and consultants who talk big but deliver little in value, we need to chat.

Connect with Mario to discuss: securities, arbitration, legal research, litigation, startup law, finance, and banking.
Drawing from his experience as an attorney and 2x startup founder, Mario guides startup founders through the intricacies of running a company and legal issues relating to the endeavor. Mario has experience with startup law, business law, and experience litigating complex securities disputes in state and federal courts, and before FINRA and the SEC. Before founding Lattuga Law, Mario worked at one of the world’s leading sophisticated litigation firms. Mario received his J.D. (Juris Doctor) from St. John’s University School of Law and is graduating with an LL.M (Masters) in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University School of Law. He received his B.A. from the University of Rhode Island. Mario also completed Stanford’s Idea to Market Entrepreneurship program. As a startup, your most significant advantage is speed. I’m sure you have heard of the startup notion of “move fast and break things.” Mario, however, disagrees. He believes that startups can move fast without breaking things, including in regulated areas like financial technology, as long as they are guided properly. The team at Lattuga Law provides that guidance fast. As a younger, more ambitious attorney, Mario saw the traditional, antiquated legal systems and decided to flip it on its head. He is a founder, after all. Mario surveyed the legal landscape and found that the best attorneys acted more akin to outside legal counsel than “hired-guns.” Billable hours? Gone. Lattuga Law charges flat fees for almost all services or startups could take advantage of Lattuga Law’s subscription services, providing them with cost certainty. Say goodbye to surprise, absurd legal bills. Inability to get in touch? Gone. As an innovative, cutting-edge firm, Lattuga Law leverages new technology, like Slack, to keep an open line of communication for our clients. That means no more waiting around for a one-word email back from your attorney. We’re here when you need us, that includes handling complex legal issues, or even hopping on a call as a springboard before a big VC pitch.

You may have noticed that the most successful marketing of today is more personal than ever before. Just think about that statement for a minute. When was the last time you were on the receiving end of a "radical" customer experience? Where was it? What do you remember about it? How did you feel about that product/company? How do you feel today?
Join me to talk about how awareness of customer’s life experiences about this, and tweaking your company's marketing systems to account for these. This will make a marked change on how you interact with your customers, how they interact with you, and you will improve your sales, reputation, and your bottom line.

Domain Names are the oxygen that breathes life into the internet. Like oxygen, many of us take domains for granted. It is .COM-mon for us to think of a domain name as a primary web address, but with more than 1,000 new top-level domains, including many with meaning (.CLUB, .AGENCY, .MARKETING, .SHOP, .APP, etc.) there are countless valuable ways marketers can and should be re-thinking their domain name strategy. I'll share some practical tips and answer any domain name questions so you can become master of your domains.

I'd welcome an opportunity to learn more about your business, its challenges, and goals to see where the Cultivize team can help. You can book a call with me personally, https://calendly.com/cultivize/exploratory-call
I founded Cultivize to solve a fundamental need that every businesses has: a process for nurturing and converting prospective buyers to customers.
All B2B and D2C businesses have at least one thing in common, do you know what it is?
They spend money to generate prospective customers. They do this using a variety of methods from digital marketing, print advertising, direct mail, webinars, events, social media and so on. In many cases, all this money is spent without being able to attribute earned or lost revenue to each marketing/lead-gen effort.
As a result, leads leak out of the funnel and marketing dollars are burned.
We came to understand this is because a lot of businesses don’t have a succinct sales process and technology platform in place to nurture and educate their prospects through their buying journey.
It’s a known fact that it’s far more cost-effective to nurture your current pipeline than to spend money on capturing new leads.
Over the last 10 years, marketing automation and CRM platforms have risen to prominence by enabling sales teams to become significantly more efficient and effective when this technology becomes part of their daily toolbox.
Our Vision
To empower our clients with customized strategies and award-winning technology, allowing them to connect the dots between their prospect/customer data, current marketing campaigns and sales team activity.
Our Mission
To coach and accelerate our client’s sales teams using proven sales enablement techniques to give them “real-time” insights on which prospects are highly engaged. To help marketing teams have a clear understanding of which campaigns are generating revenue and those that need to be revisited or abandoned.
We’re not a marketing agency, we don’t build websites, manage social media, or create ads. We only do ONE thing — getting your company Cultivized!
